Clogher don Óige wish to thank all the young poeple from the Lisnaskea area and everyone from across the diocese for making our second Youth Mass such a success. The music and liturgy was brought to life by the euthuisasm of young people involved. A special word of thanks goes to the Lisnaskea JPII group, Maguriesbridge Youth Folk Choir and our very own Clogher don Óige with boots on band - 40degrees for making the event an enjoyable experience.
We would also like to thank Fr Ian Fee for an inspirational Homily and hope that it inspires many other young people to become involved in their parish and church life. He spoke about how all young people have a special place in the Church to show their talents and that belonging to the church should mean that we are part of a special family.
It was great to see so many members of the public that also attended and they were treated to a lively and joyful service which was brought to life by the young people involved.
Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you all at our next Youth Mass in the Cathedral in Monaghan.
God Bless |
